Join us as we test and deploy modern vending solutions before our full-scale launch across Quebec workplaces.

What Is the Pilot Program?

The SmartVind Pilot Program is a limited rollout for selected locations to test our modern vending solution before full-scale deployment.

This program allows us to:

Validate real-world usage
Fine-tune product selection
Confirm service workflows
Build long-term partnerships

Who This Program Is For

This program is suitable for:

Offices

Gyms & Fitness Centers

Industrial Workplaces

Locations that want to upgrade outdated vending machines without managing operations.

What Makes the Pilot Different

Pilot partners receive:

  • Priority placement once compliance is confirmed
  • Direct access to SmartVind support
  • Ability to influence product mix
  • Early access to new vending technology

This is not a mass rollout — placements are limited.

What We Ask From Pilot Locations

To qualify, locations must:

  • Provide a suitable, accessible space
  • Allow standard electrical and internet access
  • Participate in basic feedback during the pilot period

No staff involvement is required.

Compliance & Readiness

SmartVind follows a compliance-first approach.

Pilot installations move forward only when:

  • Equipment meets Canadian electrical & safety requirements
  • Site assessment is approved
  • Insurance and safety conditions are satisfied

If requirements are not met, installation is postponed — no exceptions.
