At SmartVind, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains how we handle transaction issues and refunds.

1. Eligible Refund Situations

We process refunds for the following situations:

  • Product was not dispensed after payment
  • Incorrect product was dispensed
  • Product was expired or damaged
  • Customer was charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Machine malfunctioned during the transaction

2. How to Request a Refund

Please provide: Machine location, date and time of transaction, product purchased, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we investigate and process approved refunds within 24 hours. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the card used for the transaction
  • Contactless Payment: Refunded to the linked payment method
  • Cash Payments: Not applicable (our machines are cashless)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with product taste or preference
  • Delayed refund request (more than 14 days after the transaction)
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund claims

6. Location Host Responsibilities

Important: Building management, HR teams, and location hosts are not responsible for handling refunds or customer complaints. All issues should be directed to SmartVind directly using the contact information displayed on the machine.
